What type of products do you use?
We are an Aveda Lifestyle salon & spa with a strong commitment to the Aveda mission. We choose to use all Aveda products, that keep you & the Earth in mind. The products we use professionally and recommend for at-home use are high performance, cruelty-free, and vegan. Aveda was the first beauty company to use 100% post-consumer recycled materials in packaging, and more than 83% of the waste from manufacturing is re-used or recycled.

Why do your service providers have different pricing?
Throughout our professionals' careers at Legato, they earn promotions! We have artists start as "New Talent" stylists after completing a rigorous in-house training program, and work diligently towards promotions to Stylist, Senior Stylist & Master Stylist.
Service prices reflect the advanced training and frequent continuing education they've invested in, their specialties, as well as demand for their time. We have a broad range to meet the needs of all beauty budgets! Our team >> Berkley / Farmington
What is your cancellation policy?
We are deeply grateful to have so many guests that respect our time and the appointment process, and many that wait weeks or months for a reservation. We implement a cancellation policy to protect the valuable time of our professionals and to maintain an effective waiting list for other guests, so we kindly ask for all cancellations to be made a minimum of 12 hours prior to your scheduled reservation.
If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the credit card on file 50% of the total cost of your scheduled services. No-shows (no notice) will be responsible for up to the full cost of the scheduled services.
Where should I park?
Berkley (formerly Birmingham) map: parking is available in our back lot, a municipal lot right next to that, as well as on street parking out front (the on street parking has a 2 hour time limit)!

Farmington map: parking is available in our back lot for a 3 hour time limit. For reservations 3+ hours, parking is available at the Masonic Temple, on the corner of Thomas & Warner, and Farmington Rd.
What happens if I don't love my service?
Our team is dedicated to making sure you love your hair and spa treatments with us! We understand that sometimes small adjustments may be needed to reach your hair goals. We genuinely appreciate your feedback - it helps us to learn and grow - and we're always grateful to have the opportunity to make things right. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you didn't love your experience! We ask that you reach out within 2 weeks of your original service. We do not offer refunds.
What is your return policy on product?
We are happy to work with you to find the product that's right for you! We will facilitate exchanges (not returns) of unused or lightly used products within 60 days of purchase. This excludes any sale items, makeup, Grande Cosmetics products, or tools & brushes. We can also apply a store credit for future product purchases. We recommend asking your Aveda artist, or one of our educated front desk team members for a personalized recommendation on how and when to use your new products for best results.
