If we're unable to open before your appointment date:
Given that the past executive orders have been extended several times now - moving forward, we will be rescheduling cancelled reservations once we are given detailed rules to follow and have the green-light to open. Although we'd love to reschedule you now, we've learned from past extensions and don't yet have the information we need. Our guest service team will continue to email you at the start of the week you're scheduled to notify you if we're still closed and will ask for the best way to reach you once we're able to reschedule.
If you have an appointment after the date we open back up:
Please expect your appointment to be honored, unless you hear from our guest service team needing to make changes. We are waiting for the state to provide us with restrictions such as room capacity, and possible amendments to the services we can provide. Please do let us know if you can't make it for any reason, our appointment times are more valuable than ever.
If you would like to book a new reservation (you don't have a reservation between May 26 and June 12):
We will book you at our earliest availability, taking into consideration previous guests and appointments missed during our closure. Request an appointment here to be in the queue.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our very best to accommodate over two months of cancelled reservations. We truly can't wait to welcome you back! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting us in so many ways, we wouldn't be here without you.
