The health and well-being of our team, our guests, and our community are our top priority. 

In addition to sanitizing all implements and workstations before and after each guest as we usually do, we have temporarily paused beverage service, distribution of magazines, and some of our complimentary rituals of renewal like hand massages and makeup touch ups. You'll notice that our service providers and guest services team will be wearing multi-layer face masks along with eye protection. We've modified schedules to operate at slightly decreased capacity to ensure appropriate social distancing, and installed barriers between stations, shampoo bowls, and the reception desk.
